What to expect during your time with us
WE BEGIN WITH YOUR CONSULTATION
AT VOGUE DENTAL, YOUR JOURNEY WITH US STARTS WITH A DEDICATED TREATMENT COORDINATOR.
A consultation with us will include a full discussion regarding your overall oral health, your current smile, and your smile ambitions. We may also carry out a full examination of your mouth, checking on the health of your teeth, gums, and entire head and neck area – in some cases, this could also include a mouth cancer screening.
During Patient Journey (If needed), we’ll also undertake any diagnostic explorations such as X-rays, but we’ll talk you through all this at the time, and explain our reasons behind it. We’ll also be able to take the time to learn about your oral health history, discussing any restorative or orthodontic work you may have had done. During this time, we’ll be able to establish which treatments may be most suitable for you, and how to go about achieving the smile you’re looking for. You’ll also be appointed a treatment coordinator, who will be your official point of contact during all your interactions with the practice.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR TREATMENT AT VOGUE
On the day of a consultation or appointment with us at vogue dental, you’ll first be greeted by our warm and welcoming reception team in our lounge area.
Here, you’ll be met with the offer of tea, coffee, water, or juice and an array of comfortable seating options. Decorated in a neutral, soothing colour palette, Vogue Dental features bespoke design and unique details all of which combine to create a pleasurable patient experience that promotes synergy and enjoyment.
You will see your dedicated treatment coordinator before and after your appointment. This is to ensure your comfort and confidence at every stage of your treatment journey, and so you know exactly what to expect in the consultation, as well as afterwards.
When seeing one of our dedicated dentists, you’ll be treated to our super comfortable treatment chairs, the A-Dec 500, and be able to relax in comfort thanks to in-ceiling TV screens.
YOUR AFTERCARE: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
All of your aftercare needs and questions will be answered during your post-treatment sit down with your treatment coordinator. This is a truly unique and bespoke part of the experience here at Vogue Dental. Our team knows that dental treatment can be daunting, confusing, and even scary for some patients, but with our friendly, compassionate, and clear treatment coordinators leading the way, your journey will be smooth sailing.
They will be able to talk you through everything, from pain relief if needed, to which food and drinks to avoid if necessary, to which toothpastes or tooth serums to use to help maintain a whiter smile after teeth whitening treatments. If at any point after a treatment with us you are unsure of your care, or need a question answered, then our team here are always ready to answer questions and offer advice.

We want to go above and beyond for our patients, especially in situations where they might otherwise feel nervous or worried about treatment. We also know just how busy and full our patients’ lives are, which is why we offer to take the stress out of booking and arranging appointments with this service.
We can help with arranging travel, booking hotel rooms if you are travelling to see us, and arranging for sedation services if needed during your treatment. This service is offered on top of your dedicated treatment coordinator, and is a bespoke package that is completely tailored to the individual patient.
